Complaints

We are committed to providing high-quality, professional, and ethical support services to our clients. Because Felicia Anderson Paralegal Support LLC operates as an independent freelance paralegal service, we are strictly non-attorney professionals. We do not provide legal advice, represent clients in court, or practice law.

If you are unsatisfied with our administrative services or believe a procedural error has occurred, we maintain a structured process to resolve your concerns fairly and efficiently.
1. How to Submit a Complaint
To ensure your concerns are thoroughly reviewed, all complaints must be submitted in writing. Please email or mail your grievance to our designated point of contact:
  • Email: fandersonparalegal@gmail.com
  • Mail: P.O. Box 105, Conyers, Georgia 30012
To help us investigate efficiently, your written complaint must include:
  • Your full name and contact information.
  • The specific date(s) or project associated with the dispute.
  • A detailed, chronological description of the facts explaining your situation.
  • Copies of any relevant documents, emails, or written agreements.
  • Your desired resolution.
2. Our Review Process
Once we receive your written complaint, the following steps will be taken:
  • Acknowledgment: You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within three (3) business days.
  • Investigation: Our management team will conduct a thorough review of the project files, communications, and the services rendered.
  • Resolution: We will contact you directly within ten (10) business days with a proposed resolution, corrective action, or a formal response detailing our findings.
3. State Regulatory & UPL Reporting
Because freelance paralegals work strictly under the direct supervision of licensed attorneys, we are governed by strict ethical and professional standards. If you believe our services have violated state regulations or constitute the unauthorized practice of law (UPL), you reserve the right to file a complaint with your local state bar association. You can locate your regional attorney regulatory board or access UPL reporting forms by visiting your state's official bar website, such as the State Bar of Georgia.
